In season 2, we are going to try and push the boundaries a bit more, and bring some new experiments and equipment to the The SPIRIT Files tool box. We have some interesting new experimental equipment that is going to be making an appearance in season 2. one of which is using a new recorder for capturing EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena) that will have no filtering on the audio, such as a normal digital recorders. most standard digital Dictaphones have noise cancelling filters built into them, as there sole purpose and reason for existence was to record the human voice. and our new recorder wont have any filtering on it what so ever, so it will be recording raw audio, giving us more scope to capture every sound and hopefully pick up a few more EVP's too. also this recorder will be able to record into the infra-sound spectrum, recording as low as 6hz.
(The human ear stops detecting sound after it goes lower than 20hz.)
Also a new approach we will be taking is to use a diode instead of a microphone to record EVP's, called a Raudive Diode Receiver, which is said to improve the quality of the voices that are captured, plus filtering some of the human wavelengths.

In season 2 we want to make it as fresh and interesting as possible, bringing some new ideas to the table, and we have more ideas and theories to test, but we will leave some for you to wait and see ;)
