Well, I'm afraid there is only one way to describe and explain our theories, and that's to get down to the nitty gritty, very small nitty gritty... quantum mechanics to be precise. there is only one way to understand our reality and the universe around us, and that is to study it. in 1801, Thomas Young performed the very first "double slit experiment" (for more detailed explanations, click here Double-Slit experiment) which at the time he was trying to understand weather light was matter, or waves. but what he found confused him, because, they were both, particle duality was born. and the study of this gave birth to quantum theory and the study of it today. what most people don't get is what this means. it means that the "matter" around us is only "matter" when it is being observed. take that in for a moment. this means that if something like a car isn't being observed by any "concious" being, it only exists as waves. waves of information. information that gives it its shape, colour, mass, materials its made of etc. So then this must mean that the entire world... the observable universe is made up of not matter, but of information, information that is waiting for us to observe it, or other "conciousness" to observe it. it is in a state of waiting, until we look at it, or observe in another means, measuring with electronic equipment designed to detect. But what is the most important thing about the observable universe existing in a state of duality is the conciousness, it needs conciousness to exist. so to sum up! lol we are literally making the universe around us by simply observing it, and collapsing its wave function. so we created it, not it created us...
we believe that Conciousness plays a huge part in the universe, its not just a random algorithm that's a by-product of human evolution... not by a long shot!.
